Order Information

Orders shipped from our stock are sent within 24 hours of being received. (Special orders or out-of-stock items will take longer). All orders shipped by ground UPS unless you specify otherwise. UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air services are available upon request.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. First time orders must be prepayed to establish an account. Established accounts are billed on 30-day net terms, with 1.5% monthly interest or 18% annual rate.

Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days you will need to call for authorization and there will be a 15% restocking charge. No returns accepted after 90 days. All items returned must be in sellable condition.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

All of our products and materials have an unconditional warranty/guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Tru-Tain will replace it or refund your purchase price minus shipping whichever you prefer, if the materials are returned within 30 days.
